To enhance the satisfaction of the user’s experience, we use genuine leather for all leather watch products.

We support engraving on the back of all products. When you choose to purchase a product, please select the option “ENGRAVE THE WATCH” on the product detail page. Once the option is selected, there is a text box for you to enter a message. Please note that the message must not exceed 10 words. The following symbols may also be included (please copy): ♥ ♡ ∞. Unfortunately, KoniaTree doesn’t support returns of engraved products. Therefore, customers should consider carefully before buying a product and select the engraving option.

We support a 12 months warranty for all products and help you exchange products with manufacturing defects.

KoniaTree watches come with basic water resistance, meaning that they are safe for hand wash, or light rain. However, our watches are not designed to be completely water-resistant so they won’t be safe for submersion in deep water. You are recommended to take off the watch when bathing, diving, or swimming.

Estimated delivery time in Hanoi city is 1-2 days; in suburbs and big cities is 3-5 days; in other provinces in Vietnam is 5-7 days.

Please note that pre-order products will be processed for shipment since the date that they are officially sold on the website.

Some important notes:

– The delivery time above is counted from the date that the postal service starts to deliver the items, excluding order processing time.

– When your order is being shipped, if you want to change the receiving address, there may be additional shipping charges incurred, depending on the case.

– Sometimes during the sales season, the delivery service can be overloaded, so your order’s shipment will be delayed. Please understand and wait for a few more days.

If you are buying a watch as a gift for a friend or family member but do not know their wrist size, you can simply choose the size according to the safe range as below.

• For women: Size 29 – 34mm
• For men: Size 39 – 42mm

The international standards for watch sizes are as follows:

• Women’s Mini’s (women’s watches – small size): 23mm – 25mm
• Women’s Regular (women’s watches – regular size): 26mm – 29mm
• Midsize – Unisex (watches for both men and women): 34mm – 36mm
• Men’s Regular (men’s watches – regular size): 37mm – 39mm
• Men’s Sport (men’s watches – sport size): 40mm – 42mm
• Men’s XL (men’s watches – large, extra large): 45mm

Midsize: This is the right size for women who like to wear larger watches. Most men will find this size a bit small, but if you have small wrists, this is a good option.
