Return policy

We hope to provide a pleasant and satisfying shopping experience to our customers. Therefore, not only do we offer high-quality products in the market, but we also try to provide excellent customer service with a good return policy. You can rest assured shopping with us knowing that your items can be returned within 14days if you are not happy with them. Depending on the case,  you will get a refund, exchange or store credit.

Furthermore, the products must be eligible for refund. And below are the requirements for them.

  • Items must be purchased through KoniaTree
  • Items are not customized or engraved.
  • Items received in good condition without damage.
  • Returned items must be received within 14 days of the original order shipment date.
  • Items must be returned with original packaging intact, including stickers and tags. 
  • If the order is less than USD 50, customers are responsible for paying all freight and associated shipping charges.
  • If the order is above USD 50, Konia Tree has the responsibility to reimburse shipping costs (up to USD 30).
  • We don’t support items on sale or promotion to be returned.

Please note that your gifts must be returned together with the original order so that you can receive a full product refund on your order. If you received an item from KoniaTree as a gift, you can still return it as long as it is eligible to be returned. We’ll issue you store credit that is equivalent to the amount of the returned item(s). Please contact the Customer Support team for more information.

How to return/exchange an item?

  • Fill out the request form at the bottom of this page to return/exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • When your request has been approved, you will get an email informing the return shipping address.
  • Item(s) must be returned to KoniaTree via a reputable postal service with tracking information.
  • All item(s) will be assessed by KoniaTree before your return is approved and a refund/exchange is processed.

KoniaTree : WARRANTY

We are confident with our product’s quality, however, we do give you a peace of mind as all of our products come with a one-year warranty. In any case that your received item is faulty, please send us a warranty request. 

In addition, customers should return the package via a trackable method. In case the item gets lost, we won’t be able to support you. When we receive the item, our Support team will contact you to advise the status of your return. 

KoniaTree: PRE-ORDER

Customers can purchase pre-order items when they are available on the website. These pre-orders will be shipped within the provided time frame.

Please note that once you place a pre-order, we do not accept any cancellations. Besides, if you purchase a pre-order watch with other items, your order won’t be shipped until your pre-order product is ready. We recommend placing a separate order if you would like your items to be shipped immediately.
