If you are living in Vietnam, you can choose to pay via bank transfer or COD for most products. For inscribed products, please transfer to our bank account to complete your order. Make sure to include the ID of your order in the description.

KoniaTree offers shipping for international orders with DHL, UPS or USPS. Besides, there are two options for payment: Paypal and 2Checkout (Fully Visa, Master Card, Paypal supported).
Also, we offer free shipping for orders over USD 100.
We always try to proceed your orders as quickly as possible. Customers can track orders within 3 business days since the order is placed. Please note that the process might take a little bit longer during the sales period.
Besides, the timeframes can be different due to customs issues, special events and circumstances. You can use the tracking information to follow and make sure that your order is delivered successfully.
KoniaTree will not be responsible for any damages or losses of your order once it has been dispatched. So please keep an eye on your order, follow the tracking information and contact the postal service if necessary. We will assist you as much as we can, however, we won’t provide a refund until the item is returned successfully.
In addition, customers must be aware of and responsible for any additional costs such as import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or other charges from your local government. KoniaTree is not able to provide an estimated cost due to the difference of duties and taxes in different countries. For further information, you should contact your local customs office. We don’t issue a refund for shipping fees and taxes if the packages are refused due to VAT/duties.
